Starting my Double Page Spread

Today I begun the production of my double page spread. So far I have placed in my image and reflected it so she is now facing the opposite way. I chose to do this so that I am able to have my columns of text over the right hand side of the page. I am planning to then place a pull quote to the left hand side of her head.
